New College of California's North Bay Campus Center for Culture, Ecology and Sustainable Community offers one year accredited B.A. completion and M.A. degree programs in Humanities and Leadership for people interested in the interdependence of culture, meaning, politics, ecology and community who want to learn how to create a just, sacred and sustainable future.

New College also offers innovative academic concentrations in the following areas:

Environmental Arts and Education: An intensive, holistic, interdisciplinary, experiential program which integrates the arts, environmental education and community activism with spirituality and deep ecology. Learn creative educational tools for cultural, political and environmental transformation.

Biodynamic Agriculture: An intensive, experiential and theoretical program in biodynamic agriculture and gardening. Learn creative and practical skills to become a farmer, activist or advisor in the field of ecologically sustainable agriculture. Environmental Entrepeneurship: A practical program in greening business with the spirit of entrepeneurship. Learn effective business and organizational training and skills that focus on environmentally sustainable thinking and practices. The Glas Program in Ireland: Live and study in Ireland by learning about the issues that affect Ireland's environmental and cultural future through internships with community agencies, environmental and cultural organizations or individuals in the field.

EcoDwelling: Learn the practical skills for ecologically sustainable housing design and building.

It is the vision of New College's North bay Campus for Culture, Ecology and Sustainable Community to be a resource and educational, activist link to Sonoma County, CA through offering public events and courses open to the public, sponsoring conferences, collaborations with Bay Area non-profit organizations, and the Environmental Arts and Education community outreach program.
