William C. Johnson

As Vice President of Haley & Aldrich, a consulting firm that specializes in underground engineering, environmental science, and management consulting, Mr. Johnson participates in a broad range of team building and business development activities with the firm and its clients. He is responsible for relationship management with higher education and other institutions, which involves strategic participation with leading organizations along with continuous contact to develop targeted, client-focused services to meet emerging needs.

His business development experience includes developing internal and external training programs, presentations, marketing materials, and identifying trends in the industry. Mr. Johnson is intimately involved with internal business development management and planning, and external relationship development with a focus of fostering communication between Haley & Aldrich, its clients, and team members.

Mr. Johnson has experience with capital planning and budgeting, facilities management and environmental compliance, and previously served as New Hampshire Director of Energy Conservation. Mr. Johnson has made presentations at ERAPPA, Build Boston, the Business and Industries Association, the Association of Facilities Engineers, and the International Facilities Management Association; and has published papers and articles for Business NH Magazine, Facility Management Journal, New England Real Estate Journal, Healthy Buildings 1997, and the International Facilities Managers Association.

Mr. Johnson is and has been involved in the following organizations:

  • Member of  and active in APPA, SCUP, ULI, AASHE, ERAPPA and local APPA Chapters
  • Current Board Member of Leadership NH, Chair of the Governance Committee
  • Former Chair of PLAN NH and the John Stark Regional School Board
  • Former Member of BIA, PLAN NH, NHTI Board of Advisors and NHCIBOR

Mr. Johnson holds a BS in Civil Engineering from Northeastern University, and is an IFMA designated Certified Facilities Manager.
