Green Building at Financially Strained Institutions: Models and Resources
June 27, 2009 |
1:00 p.m. to 5:00 p.m.
| Boston
Sponsored by Second Nature and the Kresge Foundation
Green Building at Financially Strained Institutions: Models and Resources is a pre-conference session at the NACUBO 2009 Annual Meeting, which will offer insights into the financial mechanisms and strategies that colleges and universities are turning to for assistance with their green building projects in this tough economic time.
|
A visit to a campus green building (University of Massachusetts Boston’s Campus Center) and a green building panel discussion will shed light on the financial, socio-cultural and environmental paybacks presented by the implementation of sustainable building strategies on campuses.
All are welcome. It is not necessary to be registered for the NACUBO 2009 Annual Meeting to attend this pre-conference session.
